Nearly all of the recreational amenities will be built in the first phase of construction (see below). Explore the many miles of nature trails, swim, shop, dine,  practice putting and downhill and cross country ski right in your own community. And Glens Falls was selected by Golf Digest as the #4 ranked Golf-Home market in the northeastern U.S..
If you like to be active, Mont Luzerne will fill the need with everything from gardening and weight lifting to mountain biking and white water rafting. By special arrangement with Empire State College, we are able to offer a limitless variety of continuing education options through the College of Lifelong Learning program - one of the most successful web-based distance learning programs in the nation.  Minutes away, discover a rich variety of activities in  Lake George and Saratoga Springs including beaches, boating, shopping, entertainment, fine dining, world class performing arts, and the oldest thoroughbred horse racing venue in the world, the Saratoga Race Track.
