Mont Luzerne will have an abundance of independent and planned activities.

If you like to be active, Mont Luzerne will fill the need with everything from gardening and weight lifting to mountain biking and white water rafting. By special arrangement with Empire State College, we are able to offer a limitless variety of continuing education options through the College of Lifelong Learning program - one of the most successful web-based distance learning programs in the nation. Minutes away, discover a rich variety of activities in Lake George and Saratoga Springs including beaches, boating, shopping, entertainment, fine dining, world class performing arts, and the oldest thoroughbred horse racing venue in the world, the Saratoga Race Track.
Children and grandchildren will appreciate Mont Luzerne's parks, bike trails, ballfields, swimming pools, snow tubing park, downhill skiing (day and night) and Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park and nearby Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Waterpark.

The following amenities will be available during the first phase of construction.

~ The Inn at Mont Luzerne; phase one; a true Adirondack lodge plus condominiums, a restaurant, a pub, conference and banquet facilities, and a theatre.
~ The Spring Building; phase one; fitness and aquatic center; exercise facility with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, resistance machines and free weights, cardiovascular equipment, a variety of organized exercise classes, full spa services, outdoor hot tub and game room.
~ The Business Center will be located in the Spring Building and include a conference room with video conferencing facilities and a Wall Street room exclusively for the residents use.
~ The General Store; sundries, groceries, baked goods, sandwiches, frozen gourmet meals, web access, CD / DVD and book exchange, coffee lounge and sidewalk seating.
~ The Event Barn; a place for special activities and the Saturday Night Barn Dance. This will also be one of the three venues to host the annual Mont Luzerne Film Festival.
